Ms. Lisa Caroline MacCallum began her professional life in Accounting, Finance and Consulting with KPMG in Australia and the USA. Based in Melbourne, with significant work history in Tokyo and the USA. She holds a "Global Mindset" as a key skill and has a degree with a major in International Finance and Japanese language. Her Advisory portfolio spans the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, Japan, India, Canada, and the USA.
She is an international business leader with a distinguished track record in corporate strategy, brand engagement, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) excellence. Her career spans multiple industries, including Energy & Utilities, Technology, and Financial Services.
She possesses extensive board-level experience, including chairing a Corporate Responsibility Committee & Corporate Social Responsibility committee, and a deep understanding of stakeholder management, corporate trust, and business resilience.
She enjoyed a long career at NIKE Inc (2001-2014) based in the USA, serving on the executive leadership team in commercial and brand strategy roles and as Vice President of NIKE’s Corporate Philanthropy and Global Community Investments.
Prior to joining NIKE, Lisa co-founded a Tokyo-based multi-media and executive education company, Business Breakthrough, Inc. She currently serves as an ESG Advisory Board member of KAO Corporation Japan and is an independent non-executive Director of Bond University Australia Limited and Seattle based employee experience company Limeade Limited.
She is an international business leader with proven track record for turning innovative ideas into tangible results. Extensive stakeholder and brand engagement experience across cultures and industries. Deep understanding of digital and social media impact on corporate trust, social sentiment, brand reputation and business resilience. Extensive governance and ESG experience across industries.
